Terms of Service

01 Late Policy

Things happen, for that reason there is a 15 minute window after the appointment time starts to account for being late. Otherwise, rescheduling is typically possible with some type of notice. No-Call-No-Show policy may be applied.


02 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time (or for sickness, within 24 hours prior) is no problem. No-Call-No-Shows are subject to rejection of being able to book in the future and deposits may be kept.


03 Children or Pets

For the safety of all clients and their little ones (including the furry ones), Felix Skin Lab kindly asks no children or pets are brought to the clinic. Thank you for understanding.

04 Informed Consent

Informed consent is a top priority. Each treatment will be explained in detail with customized pre- and post-care, as well as potential risks and complications prior to being performed. A consent form must be signed during the intake process prior to treatment.


05 Privacy

Privacy is taken seriously with communication through encrypted platforms, use of encrypted video chat for consults where applicable, and information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. Clients are asked on the intake form to opt-in or out of their explicit consent to or not to have photos taken to be used for social media (identity still obscured) and can be revoked at any time.

06 No Refunds

No refunds for products, service packages, or pre-paid service (unless canceled more than 24 hours in advance) once they are purchased.

Felix Skin Lab will communicate to the best of our ability if and when Terms of Service may change, though we reserve the right to change our policies without notice.
